1. Parties and Nature of the Service

These Terms of Use set out the basic rules applicable between users who visit or submit forms through www.fevktrade.com and Fevk Co Uluslararası Danışmanlık Teknoloji ve Medya Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., operating under the FEVK TRADE trade name.

The website is a corporate communication platform introducing sourcing management and consultancy-oriented services that connect international B2B buyers with Türkiye-based supplier networks. It is not a direct sales platform.

2. No Binding Commercial Commitment

No sourcing inquiry, price research request, form submission or automated response sent through the website creates a binding commercial contract, supply commitment or procurement obligation for FEVK TRADE.

Official sourcing processes, pricing, delivery, logistics and commercial terms become valid only through separate written agreements executed between the relevant parties.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• provide complete and accurate information in inquiry forms,
• not use software or actions that may damage the website infrastructure,
• not use the website for unlawful commercial requests, spam or abusive activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. Service Scope Disclaimer

FEVK TRADE provides B2B sourcing research, preliminary supplier assessment, communication, sample coordination, and operational coordination support.

FEVK TRADE does not act as an importer of record, customs broker, freight carrier, product seller, manufacturer, certification body, or guarantor of supplier performance unless expressly agreed in writing. Customs clearance, logistics, certification, product conformity, and official procedures are handled by relevant licensed or authorized third-party professionals where required.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Eskişehir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from the interpretation or application of these terms.
