   Requirement Mapping

   We clarify technical details, commercial expectations, packaging needs, target price ranges, and sample requirements. Requirement mapping reduces misalignment between what the buyer expects and what suppliers will be assessed against.

   Supplier Shortlisting

   We identify suitable Turkish manufacturers based on capability, production fit, export readiness, and commercial relevance. Shortlisted suppliers are presented to the buyer in a structured format before any engagement is initiated.

4. 04

   Quotation & Sample Coordination

   We coordinate quotation requests, sample expectations, technical notes, and buyer-supplier communication before commercial production. This stage establishes the commercial and quality baseline for any further steps.

5. 05

   Controlled Supplier Introduction

   When the opportunity reaches the right stage, supplier engagement can be handled under controlled communication rules and non-circumvention principles when required. This protects both parties and keeps the process structured.

6. 06

   Production Follow-up

   If the order moves forward, we support production milestone communication, documentation coordination, quality checkpoints, and logistics alignment. The buyer is kept informed without having to manage the supplier relationship directly.
