This Privacy Policy explains the principles and procedures regarding the processing of personal data of visitors and users who access the FEVK TRADE website or wish to benefit from our services. This policy is prepared in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

FEVK TRADE is a trade name operated by Fevk Co Uluslararası Danışmanlık Teknoloji ve Medya Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., located at Hoşnudiye Mah. Ayşen Sok. No:28 Dorya Residence A Blok K:5 D:50 Tepebaşı, Eskişehir, Türkiye.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “FEVK TRADE”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the operating company above.

Through our website and inquiry processes, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Contact Data: Email address, phone number and/or WhatsApp number.
Professional and Corporate Data: Company name, title, country, and business address where provided.
Inquiry and Transaction Data: Product category of interest, target quantity, request details, message contents, sourcing expectations and related communication records.
Transaction Security and Technical Data: IP address, website access logs, browser information, device information, entry and exit information, and cookie data where consent is provided.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes and legal bases:

Receiving and evaluating sourcing inquiries, managing quotation or preliminary sourcing processes, and contacting you

Processing is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract under KVKK Article 5/2-c and GDPR Article 6/1-b.

B2B commercial relationship assessment and customer relationship management

Processing is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller under KVKK Article 5/2-f and GDPR Article 6/1-f.

Ensuring website security, improving technical infrastructure, and fulfilling legal obligations

Processing is based on compliance with legal obligations and requirements expressly provided by law under KVKK Article 5/2-a and 5/2-ç and GDPR Article 6/1-c.

Analytics, marketing, performance measurement and targeting

These activities are carried out only where the user has provided explicit consent under KVKK Article 5/1 and GDPR Article 6/1-a.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions where required by law, and to business partners, logistics providers, suppliers, infrastructure providers, cloud service providers, email service providers and other service providers where necessary for operational processes.

International Transfers

For website infrastructure, security, analytics and marketing activities, we may use global service providers such as Cloudflare, GitHub, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, global email services and cloud infrastructure providers.

Your technical and communication data may be transferred to servers located outside Türkiye within the framework of KVKK Article 9, GDPR requirements and applicable data transfer rules. Such transfers may be based on your explicit consent, the technical necessity of providing the relevant service, or another applicable legal basis under data protection legislation.

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required for the purpose for which it is processed, or for the statutory retention periods required under applicable legislation. At the end of the retention period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable procedures.

Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

learn whether your personal data is processed,
request information regarding processing activities,
request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
request deletion or destruction of personal data under applicable conditions,
request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
object to results arising from automated processing,

object to processing where permitted by law,
request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
